I'm a parent. How do I get my child's school to offer your programs?

Masterplan AcadeME can support your school in various ways.

We also offer attractive benefits to parents who introduce us to schools we do not yet work with!

I'm a school. How do I get your programs?

We can assist you in every facet of your extra-curricular program.

With our state of the art booking system, over 30 extra curricular activities on offer and established communication systems between schools & parents, we can help you stand out from the crowd and assist you in gaining traction in today’s competitive environment.

What language are your programs held in?

The majority of our programs are primarily delivered in English, although our course facilitators are generally bilingual and able to explain in local languages where necessary.

Are you just another coding school?

No! We are a holistic BEYOND SCHOOL provider.

We offer a wide variety of physical & mental extra-curricular programs.

Are there any requirements for attending your Programs?

Mostly just a willingness to learn and have fun!

For many of our programs your child needs no prior subject knowledge to join, while others may be more advanced.

Program specific information is outlined on the respective program page but please feel free to contact us if you wish to discuss.

Are there age restrictions on your Programs?

The majority of our programs offer differing skill levels. Your child's individual level is determined by their age, school grade and previous experience in any particular area.

Should you be unsure as to where exactly your child fits in, please contact us to discuss.

Where do you run your programs?

Our clubs can be run before school, during school hours, and as after school clubs on the school’s campus.

Depending on the rules and regulations of the school, clubs can be exclusive to the students attending the school, or opened to external students.

Who decides which programs are run every semester?

The short answer is: YOU!

If you wish, we can assist by offering a survey to all the parents allowing them to choose activities & days which suit them best. After ensuring space availability, clubs with most attendance will be run the following semester.

What if we are already running after school clubs and we want to keep them?

Not a problem at all!

Get us in touch with the current provider, we’ll add them under our platform for ease of booking and continue business as usual! 

How does your booking system work?

Your parents will receive a code under which they’ll be able to view all available clubs on their campus. Booking date/time will be stipulated in the instructions to parents and the booking will be open until the maximum number of students has been reached in the specific club.

A Waitlist will also be provided and in cases the list is sufficient to run a second group and an instructor is available, the club will go ahead.

What do you charge for your services?

There are so many options!

We’ll ensure to find the right one for you, your students & parents!

We’ll take into consideration if we are running your entire extra curricular program, if we are only filling gaps in your program, the number of students attending and so many other important factors!
