About Us
We are Masterplan AcadeME.
As the premiere beyond school provider for children and teens, our mission is to empower children to explore their interests, passions and creativity in an age-appropriate manner.
How it started
Masterplan AcadeME was founded in the Lake Zürich region of Switzerland in 2017 by Thomas Troxler and Jasmina Zivkovic-Saracevic.
At the time, the oldest of their 2 sons, was 8 years old and they were struck by the shortage of quality extra-curricular and vacation program options available.
As they both were employed full time in Zurich’s finance industry, they immediately installed Leni Troxler Andrews as the Director of the company.
Leni had over 20 years of experience in the education industry, having previously served as Head of Administration for the Deutsche Internationale Schule in Johannesburg and then having established and run her own creche and kindergarten in Switzerland from 2002 onwards.
After initially running some coding camps in a single location, we quickly expanded to provide extra-curricular programs for schools across the country, as well as a variety of vacation camps in the Lake Zürich region.
How it's going
Today, we work with our own awesome staff and hand-picked, “best in their game” partners, to offer over 30 different extra-curricular clubs, each one designed to empower students to see the way to achieving their dreams.
As the Covid-19 pandemic took a grip on the world in early 2020, we quickly jumped into action and offered free online, live, instructor-led clubs for anyone who wished to join. Over a 5 week period, we had over 5000 students from across the globe join in.
We learned, sang songs, celebrated birthday parties and brought a bit of normality to a completely abnormal situation.
In May 2020, we began our international expansion and launched in Johannesburg, South Africa. This was followed by our entrance into the USA in San Diego, California in August 2021.
Also in 2021, Jasmina officially joined the operating side of the business as Global Head of Sales and Business Development, focussing on expanding our footprint across Switzerland and Europe.
Leni continues to lead the operational and administrative business in Switzerland.

Our broad range of innovative, holistic and fun extra-curricular programs compliment a child’s primary education, whether that be future proofing them with vital skills like coding and digital citizenship or teaching them an ancient practice like yoga or playing a musical instrument.
Our vacation programs, offered in full, or as part of our private school partner’s vaction programming, are ideal for working families and kids who are looking to fill their break with fun activities while also learning skills vital for future success.
