Master Leaders
For the pacesetters of tomorrow
How do we create leaders?
By rewarding optimistic thinking, teaching project planning skills, practicing confident communication, building negotiation skills and emphasizing perseverance.
We often hear that integrity is what you do when no one is looking.
Integrity deals with honesty and morality and will change the world. Unfortunately, much of our news today has to do with the lack of honesty and morals, very often within leadership.
Through our programs, our goal is to build resilience while developing a sense of responsibility we owe to each other and ourselves.
Our Master Leader Programs
Chess
Chess is so cool!
It promotes skills that can be applied to a huge variety of real-life situations.
Spatial skills are important in chess calculation due to which players calculate variations 10 moves deep, visualizing the changes and picturing a position some moves down the line. Not only does it exercise both sides of the brain, but playing chess has significant impact on memory. While fostering creativity, it will improve the student’s concentration and will teach planning and foresight.
From setting up the board, to learning how the pieces move, on to the rules, tips and tricks and we are ready for some friendly games.
Debate Club
Students who participate in debate show improvement in academics, critical thinking, confidence, communication and cultural awareness.
Our debate program focuses on education – not competition – as the goal of debates. Our students work together in teams to present supporting arguments and are provided with research materials regarding the session’s topic. Working through the research is crucial, as is learning to debate both sides of any topic, actively listening to the arguments of opposing teams, and realizing that there is more than one way of thinking about any single question.
Each week we cover a different topic, including scripts, and will provide guidance through various debate skills including public speaking, argumentation, refutation, active listening.
Some examples of the topics we cover:

We also offer a proprietary booking system to partner schools.
